Educational Qualification:  BE . B-Tech ( Mechanical)

Function - Project Management related to launch of New Model

Age limit - 28 to 42 yrs max.

Job Purpose:

Working as New Model Development Project Manager and responsible for co ordination within NMC and support to R&D design team/Project Engineering/Strategic Sourcing/ Quality Assurance to for the development of parts and leading NMC Project Management team to ensure timely launch of the product considering all manufacturing aspects including cost and schedule
A. Core Competency:

i) Knowledge of New Product development process with a focus on two wheelers.
ii) Must have Good Leadership skill.
iii) Effective problem analyser and able to build consensus in the team for the available countermeasure for problems.
iv) Must be effective co-ordinator
v) Must have good communication and presentation Skill
vi) Knows the evaluation & Trial event management.
vii) Basic knowledge of parts verification & approval, QAVs + Parts development process
viii) Able to prepare Business case & cost impact analysis.

B. Other desirable competencies:-

i) Basic Knowledge of PLM, CATIA & other 3D modelling software.
ii) Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes of two wheelers.
iii) Project management
iv) eBOM / MBOM knowledge.
