Technical Skills
Lead data management in CRM
Ensuring data consistency and quality o Confirming company information is correct and up to date
o Company has the correct Industry, Country and Revenue assigned
o Additional research on company website to verify; if information not available in provided data sources
o Ensuring mandatory contact information is present such as title, phone number and email
o Utilize 3rd party tools and social media sites to verify this information
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
o Creation of campaigns in Salesforce
o Knowledge of reporting, importing and exporting data
Proficient in Excel
o Good Excel skills with knowledge of shortcuts and easy filtering and data manipulations
o Data Management formulas such as VLookup, Text to Column etc.
Computer Efficiency
o Excellent typing skills
o Good knowledge of Windows/Excel/Word Shortcuts

Other Skills
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to point out data discrepancies and highlight to management
High level knowledge of Global 2000 companies
Knowledge of basic job titles and acronyms
